SOL-CARE™ Safety Blood Collection Needle

  • Not made with Natural Rubber Latex
  • Sterile Fluid Path, Ethylene oxide gas sterilized

SOL-CARE™ Safety Blood Collection Needles are available with or without pre-attached holder.

Each device features a safety mechanism that should be activated immediately after blood withdrawal is complete, thereby reducing the risk of needlestick injury.

  • Thin walled needle is designed to minimize patient discomfort, available in 21, 23 or 25 gauge
  • DEHP-free tubing soft, flexible and kink resistant, available in 18 cm and 30 cm lengths
  • Transparent housing and tubing for clear visualization of blood flow
  • Back-end connector available in 3 configurations: Infusion Set, Multi-Sampler Luer, and Pre-Attached Holder
  • Three simple ways to activate safety mechanism – using either one or two-handed technique
  • Audible click indicates when the needle is safely locked within the safety shield
