  • JehanZeb Noor

    Chief Executive Officer

    JehanZeb joined Smiths Medical in July 2019 as Chief Executive Officer, a £874M ($1.2B) division of Smiths Group, plc, that manufacturers specialty medical devices for the world’s healthcare markets. He also serves as a member of Smiths Group’s Executive Committee. JehanZeb has intimate understanding of the medical device industry including supply chain, operations, distribution, product development and regulatory approval processes. He also has a strong track record of effective leadership, delivering growth and enhanced performance.

    Before joining Smiths Medical, JehanZeb worked at Amcor Flexible, Inc. where he led the Healthcare North America business and Global Medical Sales, serving device companies as their sterile packaging provider. During his three-year tenure at Amcor he drove a significant improvement in margin and revenue growth, and led the integration of a major acquisition. Prior to that, JehanZeb was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he served for 9 years. He gained a deep understanding of business transformations and cultural change across sales, operations, product development, R&D and strategy.

    JehanZeb holds a BSc in Finance and a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • Meghan Hansen

    General Counsel

    Meghan Hansen joined Smiths Medical in May 2019 and currently serves as the interim General Counsel.

    Meghan is an accomplished business litigation attorney with expertise in litigating and resolving a wide range of complex disputes. Prior to joining Smiths Medical, Meghan was Partner and Counsel at Fox Rothschild LLP in Minneapolis, practicing at the firm for over 13 years.

    Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

  • Wilson Constantine

    President, Americas Region

    Wilson Constantine joined Smiths Medical in September 2020 as President for the Americas Region.

    As an executive leader in the medical device industry for more than two decades, Wilson has led the transformation of multiple companies to deliver growth and maximize value creation.

    Prior to joining Smiths Medical, Wilson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nihon Kohden America where he transitioned the company to a multimillion-dollar, multichannel leader and the fastest-growing company in the market. Prior to that, Wilson was Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Medical Technologies, a private equity-backed spinout of Hospira Worldwide. He also served in executive leadership roles at Stryker Orthopaedics, Misonix Inc., Henry Schein Inc., as well as other leading medical products suppliers, including units of and/or entities later acquired by Aesculap-B/Braun, Boston Scientific, Medtronic and Smith & Nephew.

    Wilson attended Loma Linda University for his undergraduate studies and holds a doctorate from Samuel Merritt University. He also completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.

  • Nigel Bark

    Vice President & General Manager, EMEA Region

    Nigel Bark joined Smiths Medical in April 2016 and currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region.

    Nigel’s Med Tech background includes both blue chip corporate organisations and privately funded entrepreneurial companies. His multi-functional knowledge and experience covers direct and distributor sales management, international marketing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and strategy development and execution, including acquisitions and divestitures.

    Prior to Smiths Medical, Nigel served as Vice President & General Manager at Teleflex, where he led the global Vidacare business integration following the acquisition in 2013. He also held positions of increasing responsibility during a 12-year period commencing with Alaris Medical Systems, acquired by Cardinal Health, which developed into the spin off company CareFusion. Nigel’s early Med Tech career also included 8 years at Johnson & Johnson.

    Nigel graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West England, Bristol.

  • Daniel Khalili

    Senior Vice President, Global Quality, Regulatory, and Research and Development

    Daniel Khalili joined Smiths Medical in January 2021 as Senior Vice President and Global Quality and Regulatory Officer. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Quality, Regulatory, and Research and Development.

    Daniel has experience across the medical device industry – including drug delivery systems, diagnostics, disposables, combination products, software and implantable products.

    Prior to joining Smiths Medical, Daniel spent nine years at J&J’s Ethicon division in R&D before moving to Abbott’s Diabetes divisional R&D. Daniel served as global head of R&D for Baxter’s Infusion Systems from 2008 to 2012, and head of QA/RA/R&D at Danaher’s Dental platform in progressive roles between 2012 and 2018. Most recently, Daniel was Chief Regulatory and Quality Officer at Olympus, where he drove significant improvements to remediate FDA findings.

    Daniel holds a Doctorate degree in Chemical Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, in addition to a degree in electrical engineering from Florida International University.

  • Jeffrey Gathe

    Vice President and Chief Information Officer

    Jeffrey Gathe joined Smiths Medical in November 2020 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

    Jeffrey has significant experience as a transformational Chief Information Officer in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, software, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

    Prior to joining Smiths Medical, Jeffrey served as Founder and Managing Partner for XIO Group LLC, an advisory firm delivering technology-based solutions to help organizations drive-out costs, improve operating performance, and create competitive advantage. Jeffrey also served as Chief Information Officer for other leading companies, including Calumet Specialty Products Partners, Amcol International Corporation and Komatsu American Corporation.

    Jeffrey holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

  • Greg Hutchison

    Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement

    Greg Hutchison joined Smiths Medical in November 2020 as Senior Vice President of Global Operations. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement.

    Greg has extensive experience in manufacturing, quality, materials management, supply chain, process engineering, and health and safety leadership.

    Prior to joining Smiths Medical, he served as Vice President of Plastic Operations at Mauser Packaging Solutions where he was responsible for operations at 17 injection molding and blow molding manufacturing plants. He has also served as Vice President and General Manager of Global Operations at Sullair LLC and Director of North America Manufacturing for Truck and Bus at Navistar.

    Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan.

  • Craig Shirley

    Vice President of Human Resources

    Craig Shirley joined Smiths Medical in August 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources.

    Craig has extensive experience transforming cultures by fostering employee engagement, building diversity and leveraging professional development and performance programs.

    In Craig's most recent role at Ingredion Inc., a multinational ingredient solutions manufacturing company with 11,000 employees located in more than 45 countries, he transformed the HR and cross-functional departments into strategic business partners positioned to drive organizational, leadership and people strategies. In fact, his influence played a key role in growing the company from $3.5B in 2010 to $6.5B in 2020. His experience also includes key HR leadership roles at Rio Tinto Alcan and Motorola.

    Craig holds a BA in business administration from Eureka College and a dual degree MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Illinois.
