How does your work support the company's mission?

As Sales and Marketing make up the foundation of the company, I strive to support and bring out the best in my team. I encourage my team to push boundaries to deliver innovative solutions, impact lives and exceed business objectives. Can you share more about your career path at Smiths Medical?

I first joined Smiths Medical as a Vascular Access Account Manager eight years ago. During my time as an Account Manager, I was promoted to Senior Account Manager, awarded “Account Manager of the Year” four years successively and completed my diploma in Marketing. I was a Field Sales Trainer before being promoted to Strategic Business Manager for the Corporate Team. In that role I managed NHS Supply Chain Frameworks, the Purchasing Team, elements of the Department of Health and most of the large Private Hospital Sector. In 2019, I became the Regional Business Manager for South and South West England managing a team of eight. I have enjoyed every step of my professional development at Smiths Medical and look forward to the next steppingstone in my career.
