Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Slovakia
Smiths Medical products are sold in Slovakia by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Slovakia. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in Slovakia.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Smiths Medical products that the dealer sells in Slovakia.
