Smiths Medical products are sold in Lithuania by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Lithuania. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in Lithuania.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Smiths Medical products that the dealer sells in Lithuania.
