Collection and Recycling Arrangements in the Czech Republic
Smiths Medical products are sold in the Czech Republic by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into the Czech Republic. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in the Czech Republic.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Smiths Medical products that the dealer sells in the Czech Republic.
