Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Bulgaria
Smiths Medical products are sold in Bulgaria by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Bulgaria. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

  • Register as the WEEE producer in Bulgaria.
  • Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Smiths Medical products that the dealer sells in Bulgaria.
