The unique shape of the smooth tapered PROFILE SOFT SEAL cuff ensures the minimum of contact with the sensitive tracheal mucosa and reduces movement of the tube relative to the trachea during ventilation.

The PROFILE SOFT SEAL cuff is made from velvet soft PVC material, giving minimal risk of trauma. Larger cuff resting diameter ensures effective seal in both male and female patients, even when selecting smaller bore tracheal tubes.

The sensitive pilot balloon gives assurance of cuff inflation and is marked 'Profile Soft Seal' to confirm that a low pressure cuff is in-situ. One way valve for efficient and easy inflation and deflation of cuff.

Comprehensive size range to suit all adolescent and adult tracheal sizes. The size of the tracheal tube internal diameter is printed on the pilot balloon. This enables a clear indication of the tracheal tube size, and type of cuff used, when the tracheal tube is in-situ.

A black intubation depth marker is located 3cm proximal to the cuff. This assists the accurate placement of the tracheal tube tip within the trachea.
