I started at Smiths Medical eight years ago in the legacy Medex group’s Regulatory Affairs Department. In the beginning, I was processing customer complaints, and handling assorted regulatory functions. Today, I manage the microbiology lab at the Dublin, OH facility where I oversee sterilization, biocompatibility and microbiological testing.

I decided to build my career with Smiths Medical because there is a proven commitment to quality products and customer expectations. Additionally, there are extraordinary growth opportunities. One of the most amazing experiences I’ve enjoyed since growing into my current role is traveling around the globe to develop new lab sites.

Even with all of these responsibilities, I still have time to spend with my family and to participate in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. I couldn’t imagine a more rewarding lifestyle, personally or professionally.
