The decision to begin my career with Smiths Medical as a Regional Sales Manager was an easy one. I was immediately impressed with the many talented individuals that I met and the unique blend of qualities that I was looking for in an organization.  For me, Smiths represented a rare balance of strength and tradition with the excitement and high-energy of a team that was poised for rapid growth.  It had a very personal, entrepreneurial feel then, and still does today, as our business continues to expand.

During my career at Smiths Medical, I have been afforded many exciting opportunities for personal growth and career advancement.  I was very fortunate to be involved in leadership roles in several challenging “start-up” situations, first as a Sales Director for our Pain Management business and later as a Sales Director in the newly formed Anesthesia and Safety Devices organization.  It has been very rewarding to be part of a team that has helped to shape the direction of the company through various acquisitions and high-growth phases.
