Smiths Medical hired me as a Human Resources Manager, and has given me a lot of opportunity to learn and expand my experience. I’ve been part of many dynamic, cross-functional work teams and projects.

This has exposed me to numerous passionate, determined individuals who have inspired me to excel in my position. Those efforts prompted my manager to nominate me for the Smiths Emerging Leaders Program, which is very exciting.

Although I devote a lot of time to my job, the travel aspect of it allows me to stay in touch with friends and family across  the country. So my personal and professional lives always balance each other out, even when they start to overlap.
