I’ve been here for 14 years, and was initially attracted to Smiths Medical because of the opportunity to work in the international arena, and with products that made a difference in people’s lives. I began as a customer service representative.

The opportunity for growth, to learn new things, and to be offered new challenges all made me want to stay with this organization. The nature of our products and the opportunity to work with a good group of committed individuals are also key factors contributing to my long tenure. It has been exciting working with people from all four corners of the world and building long-term friendships along the way.

Our division began as a small company in southeastern Wisconsin and is now part of a diverse, global organization. Some of my professional highlights include opportunities to convert departments with issues into one successful, cohesive and efficient department.
