I became a part of Smiths Medical as a result of the acquisition of Medex. I enjoy the synergies between products from the Medex acquisition and the existing Smiths Medical portfolio. As a result on the continued growth, Smiths Medical provides a wider variety of medical devices for the market.

Since the acquisition of Medex, I have had the opportunity to meet other key personnel within the Research & Development, Marketing and Sales organizations. It has been rewarding, personally and professionally, to meet individuals within these organizations. And I have found it rewarding to share different experiences and programs, and get to know other people and other devices and their applications in the marketplace.
