Each position within the Smiths Medical Graduate Talent Program is customized to the needs of the organization, and to the career aspirations of the participant. Therefore, each assignment is unique, and job rotations include challenging assignments and development opportunities throughout various business groups and locations.
Depending on your interests, your assignment will last approximately two years and consist of three or four rotations. This program includes these invaluable components:
